GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE HIGH-RISE ZONE OF GLADIA BY THE WATERS

On the morning of January 25, 2026, the Keppel & Khang Dien Joint Venture held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the high-rise zone of the Gladia By the Waters project, marking a significant milestone in the development of a high-rise apartment and commercial project in the East of Ho Chi Minh City.

International Construction and Investment Consulting Company Limited (ICIC) participated in the project as the Structural Design Consultant (C&S) and MEP, contributing to the development of safe structural solutions and integrated mechanical and electrical systems, meeting the technical and quality requirements of a modern high-rise building.

Project Key Information:

   - Scale: 15 floors – 1 basement floor

   - Total floor area: 86,302 m²

   - Type: High-rise apartment building - combined commercial and service facilities
